It started with an idea to provide substitution to import in the fields of automotive and Industrial sectors by offering a better quality and cost competitiveness, also to excel ourselves to establish export market share. This we strongly believe would contribute to strengthen our country’s economy.

The Aera GCS Pvt. Ltd is in the process of building up a range of key technologies to advance the company’s corecompetences in the development of pneumatic and gas equipment such as Solenoid Valve, Armature assembly, Pressure sensors, Pressure switches, Actuators.Our management focus, based on these core competences, involves developing new products to strengthen our product base.
Looking to the future, we will continue to develop our already advanced enterprises and keep driving them onwards. We aim to consolidate a clear brand identity encompassing technology, product value, and service.

- Production Plant situated in Dhayari, Tal-Haveli, Pune
- Plant is 5000 Sqft. which includes Office area & Production facility.
- Also a sales office in Kolhapur.
- Company has a strong R&D base in the field of Pneumatic and Gas applications.
- Design facilities such as Product design tools, analysis, Product validation facilities etc.
- Current Team size is 50, which Includes Engineers & Work force.
- For each product we have dedicated production line with advanced EOL test rig
- Thoroughly implemented POKAYOKE & KAIZEN.
- Well trained supervisor & skilled operator for each line.
- Inspection facility with Experienced Inspectors for Quality Control.
- Periodic Training to AERA Suppliers to Improve Supplier Base Quality Standards & Productivity.
